About The Reset
The Kate Ross Reset isn't your typical retreat. It's personal. How you walk in won't be how you walk out.
It's a retreat for women who have been moving so quickly through business and life that they’ve lost sight of their values, or the deeper meaning behind what they do. It’s also for women who feel a quiet pull toward something new, an expansion, a shift, a change, but aren’t sure how to take the first step.

The Reset was created to gently guide you back to inner alignment. It offers space, clarity, and support to help you reconnect with what you truly want, both personally and professionally. Here, you’ll find a safe and supportive environment to reflect, rebuild your confidence and self-belief, and begin shaping a plan for the next chapter of your life. One that feels aligned, meaningful, and truly yours.
We revisit the magical land of Bali in May 2026.
Built by design to be intimate so each guest is a priority, only six women are invited to join me over six nights and seven days. In the premium comforts of a private and secluded villa, you will receive daily alignment & clarity sessions with me, personalised for each woman attending, and together, we'll explore what needs to change; in business, job, home life, or within, so you can start living from the inside out.
Reflections On Retreat
The best thing about Ubud, is actually being out of Ubud city.
Once you get out of the craziness, and you get amongst the trees, and the palm trees, and the rain and the quiet, and the cicada’s and the birds and everything else in nature, it just brings everything back to reality.
It’s peaceful and it’s calm. It brings a sense of stillness to you, which allows you to sit and reflect and think, and wonder what’s next.

I’m not going to sit here and analyse you and try to work out the crux of everything. But what I am going to do, is I’m going to show you different ways of doing things.
