How it works

1. Setting the Foundation

We start by thoroughly understanding you and your business idea, your goals, challenges, and what it will take to achieve them. Together, we define the big picture and build a solid structure underneath. We’ll also analyse your competitors and your market, ensuring your offering stands out and adds real value. From the very start, we lay down the building blocks for success.

2. Marketing & Sales Strategy

Over four targeted sessions, we’ll create your marketing and sales strategy, establish routines, test approaches, and refine your messaging so that your target market responds. We’ll explore pricing to make sure your services or products are positioned for profit. Throughout, we’ll keep you working smarter, balancing intuition with action, and building a work ethic that sustains both growth and wellbeing.

3. Building a Plan & Getting Market Ready

Finally, we delve into your numbers, costs, break-even points, and a 12-month cash flow projection. We’ll look for opportunities to drive early sales and increase visibility, then map out a clear plan for your next three, six, and twelve months so everything aligns, your marketing, your cash flow, and your goals. By this stage, you’ll be in a strong rhythm, confident and market-ready.
